We began investing in London residential property in 1999. Our original company Residential Property Investment Management has now become part of COBA.

Investing in residential property is fundamentally different from buying a property to live in. Investment starts with an understanding of the tenant market and requires strong management capabilities. As with any investment the income stream and cash flow are fundamental. Property has to be acquired at the right price, in the right area and in the right configuration to suit specific tenants.
