Our investments are located throughout UK as well as in Sweden and Germany. Our asset management activities include obtaining planning permission to change use or increase space, major refurbishment projects, and the reconfiguration of sites. We actively manage the rents and tenant profile with a view to improving the quality and quantity of rent received on all properties.
