Corporate Overview
COBA is a property asset manager, advisor and investor. We are asset manager for five property funds. The remit of these funds covers UK and European commercial property and Prime Central London residential property. We have a corporate partnership with BDO Stoy Hayward Investment Management.
In addition to the funds, we also work with selected family offices and wealthy individuals, who prefer not to invest in funds but have the means to build their own portfolio of properties.
We have doubled our funds under management over the last two years and our next goal is to achieve £1billion under management.
